We are building a fully integrated agri-enterprise in which livestock, cultivation, feed manufacturing, bio-energy and organic soil inputs operate as a single engineered loop — so the waste of one business becomes the raw material, and the margin, of the next.
A poultry unit buys feed. A feed mill buys grain. A dairy dumps manure. A biogas plant hunts for feedstock. A farmer buys urea. Each of these is a separate business with a separate margin leaking out of the farm gate.
FCG Integrated Farm Pvt Ltd is incorporated to hold all five of those activities inside one enterprise. Fodder grown on our own land feeds our own livestock. Their manure charges our own digester. The digester's slurry becomes our own compost. That compost grows the next crop of fodder. What used to be five procurement bills and one disposal problem becomes five revenue lines and no waste.
Feed, fertilizer and energy — the three largest cost heads in Indian agriculture — are produced in-house rather than purchased.
Egg, milk, meat, feed, energy and soil inputs do not fail together. Seasonality and price shocks in one vertical are absorbed by the others.
